Town Hall Meeting in Goulbourn (Ottawa)

Event Date: September 11, 2017 at 7:00 pm Event Location: Goulbourn Municipal Office, 2155 Huntley Road, Stittsville

On Monday, September 11, the Carleton Landowners Association (CLA) will host a town hall meeting at the Goulbourn Municipal Office, 2155 Huntley Road, Stittsville from 7 – 9 PM. The meeting is open to members and non-members. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about the City of Ottawa’s proposed site alteration by-law (find out why we oppose this by-law) and to get an update on other issues the CLA is working on, including:

  • Appeal of the Official Plan Amendment 150 with regard to preventing single-lot severances in rural Ottawa (D-5-5 Guidelines)
  • OLA’s charter challenge of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (OSPCA) Act. See for more information.
  • The City and the Province’s plans for the Goulbourn Wetlands

Everyone welcome! There is no charge to come to the meeting but we would appreciate a donation to the OLA Litigation Fund to help support the Charter challenge to the OSPCA Act. No donation is too small!
