Mono Council and Residents Dispute Provincial Policy Statement

The Orangeville Citizen reported recently that the Town of Mono, located in south-central Ontario near Orangeville has disputed the intention of the Provincial Policy Statement which would reclassify sections of protected farmland within their town. This is a wonderful example of town council and residents standing together to protect land rights. Read the full story here.
